Presenter in the media

Presenter generates knowledge through what we call “competency projects.” The projects are conducted in two phases: the “what-do-we-know”-phase and the “what-do-we-understand-and-what-do-we-do-with-it”-phase. These are usually conducted in parallel. First we define the topic of interest, for example “high school drop-out.” Next we establish a project-team consisting of senior and junior researchers, as well as students from various disciplines. Then we do a thorough literature review in order to get a knowledge status on the topic and to try to fill any knowledge gaps that we might have. By doing this we are seeking to find conclusions that can be drawn from the literature, and to identify any needs for service innovation.
